Facing the  worst drought

The area is facing worst drought of the century. 40% of the population has already been migrated. Large number of Cattle have died. There is an acute drinking water shortage.

Hence we run:

Five Cattle Camps

We run Five Cattle Camps in different areas, which include 5,000 cattles of poor farmers. Government gives subsidy of Rs.10 per animal per day. Total expenditure per cattle is Rs.20 per day. Remaining Rs.20 are required to be raised by the NGO.

Distribution of Food Grains

We distribute food grains to 3500 poorest families.

Supplying Drinking Water

We supply drinking water through tankers and arrange for drinking water through bullock carts.

Medicines

Mobile dispensary van with a doctor and an assistant regularly visit the drought affected villages and supply free medicines to the villagers.
